The number of people died from swine flu in Egypt since the beginning of December 2013 has increased to 44, Ahmed Kamel, spokesman of the Egyptian Health Ministry, told Xinhua Thursday.
At least 49 people were killed and 247 others injured on Saturday during clashes between supporters of ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi and security forces across Egypt, health ministry said Sunday.
