The eating habits of Slovaks have changed considerably over the past 20 years, with an average Slovak now eating half the amount of potatoes than in 1993.
Slovaks show far less interest in the environment than people in other European Union countries, Ingrid Ludvikova from the European Commission Representation in Slovakia said on Tuesday, citing a recent survey of Eurobarometer.
