An unexpected valve problem discovered after an electrical storm has added a new delay to Boeing's embattled efforts to launch astronauts to the International Space Station.
Boeing will be paying an estimated $410m (£297m) for the test mission after its first uncrewed test flight ended in failure due to a software problem.
