UN envoy "unaware" of plan to dispose of Syria's chemical weapons in Lebanon

The United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon Derek Plumbly denied Tuesday any knowledge of plans to destroy Syria's chemical weapon stockpiles in neighboring Lebanon.
