The 27th Northeast Asia Cooperation Dialogue (NEACD) was held in Singapore this week and the top nuclear envoys of South Korea, the United States and Japan met Wednesday to discuss possible countermeasures following the DPRK’s test-firing an intercontinental ballistic missile last week.
