Japan's Upper House lawmaker Antonio Inoki arrived here in Pyongyang on Thursday with a delegation of professional wrestlers and started making final preparations for the Aug. 30-31 international wrestling contest.
The Japanese government on Monday said it had no problem with a potential visit by upper house lawmaker Antonio Inoki to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
Antonio Inoki, a lawmaker of Japan's House of Councilors, was prohibited from attending parliament for 30 days as punishment for his unauthorized visit to Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), local media reported Friday.
