No appeal of Japanese 228 victim compensation ruling: foundation

The Memorial Foundation of 228 has decided not to appeal a court ruling that the son of a Japanese man believed to have been killed during the 228 Incident is eligible for NT$6 million (US$180,061) in compensation for his father's death.
