China investigates official misconduct behind jailbreak

BEIJING, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- The Supreme People's Procuratorate has ordered Guangdong provincial prosecutors to investigate possible official misconduct behind a jailbreak, which saw two inmates climb over prison walls to escape on Saturday.
