The Lao government will start registering and issuing temporary work permits for foreigners across the country from Wednesday to March 16, 2016 with the expectation of having at least 30,000 foreigners enter the registration process.
There are some 1,980,200 foreigners living in Japan by the end of March this year, accounting for 1.54 percent of the total population, local media reported Thursday.
The city's Public Security Bureau said foreigners with permanent residency in China now share the same rights and responsibilities as Chinese nationals.
