Pakistan starts issuing new registration cards to 1.6 million Afghan refugees

Pakistan in collaboration with the UN Refugee Agency on Tuesday started to issue new Proof of Registration cards to more than 1.6 million registered Afghan refugees that will allow them to stay legally until the end of 2015, officials said.
