Science Park sees 2020 finish for HK$4.4b plan

The Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) says its Phase I expansion plan could be completed in the 2019-20 financial year, if the Legislative Council Finance Committee approves its HK$4.4 billion funding request.
