The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has taken into custody a man in U.S. state of Minnesota who was believed to be plotting a terrorist attack, the agency's local division announced on Monday.
The FBI confirmed on Wednesday a suspect has been arrested for mailing letters containing poison ricin to President Barack Obama and two others.
