Ride-hailing firm Uber is looking to expand further into China's lower-tier cities, where business has been growing faster than in top-tier cities, CEO Travis Kalanick has said.
Uber Technologies Inc said on Jan 11 that its China unit will get an undisclosed amount of investment from Chinese firm HNA Group as part of a partnership of the US ride-hailing firm with the aviation and shipping conglomerate.
