Japan's poker face and real teeth

Eighty-one years have passed since Japan’s unconditional surrender in WWII.
Still, Japanese right‑wing forces continue to distort wartime history by visiting the Yasukuni Shrine with Class‑A war criminals, whitewashing invasion atrocities and ramping‑up military expansion.
Remembering history is not about fostering hatred. Denying aggressive past endangers stability in the Asia‑Pacific region.
Japan must sincerely atone for its war crimes. The world should stay alert to historical revisionism.
