Ying Yong appointed Party chief of China's Hubei Province

Ying Yong, former Shanghai mayor, has been appointed secretary of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), replacing Jiang Chaoliang, according to a decision by the CPC Central Committee.
