Xia Baolong appointed director of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of State Council

BEIJING, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- The State Council, China's cabinet, has appointed Xia Baolong as director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, replacing Zhang Xiaoming.

Zhang has been at his new post as deputy director of the office.

Luo Huining and Fu Ziying were also appointed as deputy director of the office. ■
