Major cities in China have set up hotlines to help foreign nationals in the country get information about epidemic prevention and control. The services are available in multiple languages and open 24 hours.

In Hubei, the epicenter of the novel coronavirus outbreak, the foreign affairs offices of all cities, including the provincial capital Wuhan, have launched 24-hour hotlines for foreigners. A full list ishere.

International students in the province can also contact an adviser at their universities for assistance.
