Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy hosted leaders from seven countries in Kyiv for a regional summit. The meeting aimed to strengthen security cooperation, expand military aid to Ukraine, and advance Ukraine's European integration process.

This summit brought together heads of state and government from multiple Central and Eastern European countries. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk attended the meeting; the photo shows him meeting with Zelenskyy and Ukraine's First Lady Olena Zelenska before the formal talks.

During closed-door talks, participants assessed the battlefield situation, coordinated long-term weapons delivery plans, and discussed measures to enhance Ukraine's air defense capabilities. The leaders also exchanged views on issues including energy security, cross-border transportation of weapons and humanitarian supplies, and continued pressure on Russia.

Zelenskyy said the summit reflected the international community's continued solidarity and support for Ukraine amid the ongoing conflict. He called for accelerated delivery of air defense systems and long-range weapons to repel Russian missile and drone attacks across Ukraine.

After the meeting, the participating leaders issued a joint statement. All parties reaffirmed their commitment to Ukraine's territorial integrity, supported the peace formula proposed by Kyiv, and agreed to form a working group to coordinate military assistance and the implementation of sanctions.
