Biden hails passage of COVID-19 relief in Senate

U.S. President Joe Biden applauded the Senate's passage of the COVID-19 relief package, saying the move was "desperately needed." He added that the package will help the U.S. out compete the rest of the world because the rest of world is moving, particularly China.
