Russian investigators file new charge against Navalny

The jailed Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny faces a new charge of "establishing an organization that infringes on the rights of citizens," RIA news agency reported, citing the investigative committee on Wednesday.

In February, a Moscow court sentenced Navalny to 3.5 years in prison.
