Mongolian officials receive 1st injection of Chinese COVID-19 vaccine

On Wednesday, Mongolian Deputy Prime Minister Sainbuyan Amarsaikhan and Ulan Bator Mayor Dolgorsuren Sumiyabazar received their first shots of a COVID-19 vaccine donated by China.

Mongolia launched a nationwide COVID-19 vaccination campaign on February 23, and so far, more than 30,400 people have been vaccinated, according to the country's Health Ministry.
