Apartment rents in major U.S. cities may be dropping as folks flee urban centers amid theCOVID-19crisis.

Co-living involves communal arrangement where people get a private bedroom in furnished housing while sharing a common area with other people.

Investors believe that it shows huge potential for growth -- especially in New York City.
