The 2018 Beijing Strawberry Music Festival is scheduled to be held from April 29 to May 1 in the Happy Valley Music Park in China. This will mark the first time since the event has returned to Beijing, the Chinese capital, after four years of absence.

The music festival will usher in its tenth year since it was initiated in 2009, with a diversity of music genes such as rock music, independent music, folk music and electronic music to be presented to the public.

A total of several stages will be set up in the music festive, in which around 117 music groups will join in.

The organizing committee recently announced the first lineup of the festival, such as Dou Wei, a music talent, and lyricist Cai Qin. The first lineup is only a small part of the full lineup. More surprises are coming soon.

The Strawberry Music Festival, known as China’s largest music festival, was held by Modern Sky, one of world’s leading independent record companies. The previous events all boast a large area of performance venues with the participation of a large number of popular artists and revelers.

Compared with other outdoor musical festivals, the music carnvial seems more spring-like, romantic, and exciting. It has become one of the most successful music brands in China and the most important musical event in the Chinese music sector.

Among them, the Midi Music Festival is the first domestic original music carnival initiated by the Beijing Midi Music Academy, the birthplace of the underground rock band.
