China has called for greater efforts among the relevant parties to bring the Korean Peninsula issue back to dialogue, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Friday.
In such a "complex, sensitive and fragile" situation, China hopes all sides will be more cautious and do more to enhance trust and alleviate tensions, spokesperson Hua Chunying said at a press briefing in Beijing.
The comments come a day after two US Air Force B-1B Lancer bombers flew over the Korean Peninsula, a move Washington described as a "planned exercise."
