U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met Wednesday for the first high-level, face-to-face meeting since President Joe Biden took office.

And it’s unfolding on the sidelines of the Arctic Council ministerial meeting in Iceland.

The future of the arctic and thawing icy relations between Washington and Moscow - all part of the agenda.
