The bike-sharing craze that started in China has reached Italian cities in July as part of plans for international expansion. So far the bikes have earned rave reviews.

In July and August, Chinese bike-sharing companies Mobike and ofo entered the cities of Florence and Milan, with a total of over 10,000 bicycles in place.

The bikes are helping the cities to build a more sustainable and convenient transportation system.

With innovative designs and technological breakthroughs, Chinese shared bikes create new experiences for the users.

Milan launched 4,600 shared bikes five years ago. However, the rental price was high and the bikes needed to be returned to assigned docking stations. Chinese bike-sharing companies introduced a dockless bike-sharing system instead to Milan.
