The number of COVID-19 cases in Lebanon increased to seven on Saturday, the official National News Agency reported.

Lebanese Public Works and Transport Minister Michel Najjar issued on Friday a decision to suspend flights to and from countries that have the highest coronavirus infections.

According to the new decision, only Lebanese citizens and foreigners who reside in Lebanon have the right to return to the country.

Also, Lebanon decided to shut down all schools and universities until March 8 in an attempt to stop the spread of the virus.
