Albanian police seize 350 kg marijuana on abandoned speedboat

Police in Albania's southern coastal city of Vlora seized some 350 kilos of marijuana on an abandoned speedboat during an operation on Monday.

Police sources said that some 11 huge bags full of marijuana were found on a six-meter single-engine speedboat, which was abandoned on the shores of Zvernec, around 10 kilometers north-east of the city of Vlora on Monday midday.

Police sources said that an investigation has been launch to identify suspected drug traffickers and bring them to justice.
