Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced successively at around 10:45 on Monday that they would be cutting diplomatic ties with Qatar. Soon after, Arab League dismissed Qatar.

After that, Yemen also announced to sever ties with the Gulf state and support the ban on Qatar’s participation in the joint military dill in Yemen.

Many mainstream media including BBC seemed confused the diplomatic withdrawal of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

It’s strange that Qatar has been besieged by other four countries, because we know that these five countries all belong to Islam Sunni factions and are of brotherhood with the same diplomatic stances.

According to statement released by Bahrain's state news agency, Qatar has committed so many crimes, such as intervening internal affairs, inciting public opinion, escalating tensions and supporting "terrorist" organizations. Saudi Arabia also accused of Qatar supporting the Muslim Brotherhood.

Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Monday that they are very sorry and shocked by this event, adding that it is no evidence of the acts of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: “This act is unfair, and there is no basis for these claims.”

In fact, the development this event has been foreshadowed. But, the severity of this event is far beyond people’s expectations.

It is noted that the Qatar state news agency had “accidentally” tweeted Qatar's Emir’s speech on its social media, where he suggested to support Iran and Hamas while criticize the United States and Saudi Arabia. Subsequently, Qatar said the information about his speech is fake.

Qatar’s capital Doha, which has been plunged into a diplomatic crisis.

But the news has produced widespread influence that caused Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to ban Al Jazeera and other Qatar’s media.

Although this event seems strange, it definitely acts as a big trigger of this conflict because there is no other basis for these four nations’ claims.

Qatar, located in western Asia, is the world’s third largest natural gas reserves. Its international media- Al Jazeera is known for the high competitiveness and great influence in its regions.

It is seen that Qatar has “taken an active part” in Israeli-Palestinian conflicts and Yemen civil war, which has caused Saudi Arabia’s concerns over its actions.

By the year of 2010, excessive demonstrations broke out in Tunisia, Egypt, Syria, Yemen, and Libya.

Subsequently, the political leaders of Tunisia, Yemen and Egypt had been overthrown.

Saudi Arabia and Bahrain were in panic due to these demonstrations, and they tried to get “this opposition” out of their country.

It is noted that the crackdown of Syria and Iraqi on extremist organizations will come to an end. The Yemen’s civil war has been in a stalemate. The conflicts between Sunni militias supported by Saudi Arabia and Shia militias supported by Iran have intensified.

At this time, Qatar said that they supported Iran, which has ignited Saudi Arabia. In order to express Saudi Arabia’s own stances, they have to strongly fight back. Otherwise, they will be considered as coward.

As for the embrace of terrorist organizations, there are no exceptions of gulf countries is irrelevant to al Qaeda and Islamic State.

It will wage a big war at the international political stage of Middle East, if they break up with each other.
