Egypt revises train crash death toll down to 19

Egypt's Health Minister Hala Zayed said Saturday the death toll from a train collision in Egypt's southern province of Sohag the previous day was revised down to at least 19 from 32.

"After we honed in on the details of those killed and injured... at this moment there are 185 injured and 19 corpses and three bags of body parts," Zayed said at a press conference, without giving further details.

Out of the 185 injured, 90 were already discharged from hospitals, and another 30 will be released later on Saturday.

The ministry announced on Friday that

32 people had

died, and over 160 people were injured in the collision.
