China, U.S. to hold phone talks in coming days: commerce ministry

China's Ministry of Commerce said Thursday China and the United States had agreed to hold phone talks in the coming days.

The ministry's spokesperson Gao Feng made the remarks when asked to comment on reports that the two countries will soon hold talks to evaluate progress of their phase-one economic and trade agreement.
