Uruguayan star Forlan presents 'DF10, a documentary about his career

A documentary called 'DF10' about the 18-year career of Uruguayan soccer star Diego Forlan was presented in Montevideo, Uruguay, local media reported Thursday.

The documentary is about the career of Forlan and features the participation of his fellow compatriot Luis Suarez and the former coach of England's Manchester United, Sir Alex Ferguson.

Forlan said the film, which will be exhibited for free in November, is "something spectacular" because it shows "what makes me enjoy soccer".

Forlan was accompanied by the film's director, Federico Lemos, and his brother and executive producer, Pablo Forlan. The Uruguayan star said during his career he had the opportunity to share with great coaches and also with "very great" players.

One of the coaches who appears in the film is Scottish Sir Alex Ferguson, who led Forlan in Manchester United, the first team where he played in Europe after he debuted at 18 in Uruguay's Independiente.

Besides Ferguson's testimony, other personalities related with the career of the 36 year-old player appear in the film, such as Barcelona's player Luis Suares, coach Manuel Pellegrini and former player Gabriel Milito.

The film will be released in public squares along Uruguay in November, so that about 500,000 people can watch it free.
