As members of the International Olympic Committee visit venues around Tokyo and the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department stages security drills exactly 30 days before the games begin, attitudes still differ in Japan.

Several hundred people gathered Wednesday in Tokyo to demonstrate for the cancellation of the 2020 Olympics, as COVID-19 still lingers as a threat.
