Xi Jinping extends Spring Festival greetings to all Chinese people

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday addressed the State Council's annual Spring Festival reception in Beijing and extended Spring Festival greetings to all Chinese people on behalf of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and the State Council.
