Nine deaths, 440 confirmed coronavirus cases in China

Nine people have died of the new type of coronavirus and 440 cases confirmed in China, Chinese health officials said Wednesday, while briefing the media on epidemic control measures.

All of the deaths were cases in Hubei Province, said an official.
