Tech-empowered transformation promotes high-quality development

Tech-empowered transformation and upgrading of companies promote high-quality economic development in different parts of China.

Currently, there are a total of 81 national sci-tech small- and medium-sized enterprises, 54 high-tech enterprises, and 12 SMEs that use special and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products in Weixian county, Xingtai city, North China's Hebei province.

To promote high-quality economic development, many companies focus on industrial green transformation, new generation of information technology, high-end equipment, and new materials to build a modern industrial system in Wulian county, Rizhao city, East China's Shandong province.

From January to February this year, the output value of 206 industrial enterprises above designated size reached 3.43 billion yuan ($480 million) in Wulian county, according to Xinhua.
