Actress Park Shin-hye to begin Asia tour in June

South Korean actress Park Shin-hye will kick off a fan meeting tour of Asian countries next month, her agency said Monday.

he 2017 Asia Tour Flower of Angel will begin in China's Hong Kong on June 10 and move to China's Taiwan, Thailand and the Philippines, S.A.L.T Entertainment said.

"We will prepare various flower-themed stages along with music performances of original soundtracks from Park's filmography," the company added.

The proceeds will be donated to the non-governmental organization Korea Food for the Hungry International (KFHI).

Park has been a goodwill ambassador of KFHI since 2011 and has been helping children at home and abroad through the "Starlight Angel Project," named after her fan club.

The actress' past TV drama works include "You're Beautiful," "The Heirs," "Pinocchio" and "Doctor Crush." Her new movie "Silent Witness," a remake of a Chinese crime thriller of the same name, will open later this year.
