The Indiana Pacers ovecame a 17-point halftime deficit to edge past the Cleveland Cavaliers 92-90 for a comfortable 2-1 lead in their first-round NBA playoffs on Friday.

The Cavs were in control over the first half leading by 57-40. LeBron James only needed to score 13 points in the first half while his teammates Kevin Love and George Hill were carrying the load.

But the Pacers have been made their fame on being a resilient team all season, not afraid of anyone or any deficit. Game 3 against the Cavs was no different.

Pacers forward Bojan Bogdanovic led the home team's comeback by dropping 30 points including seven 3-pointers. Star guard Victor Oladipo added 18 points and Thaddeus Young had 12. The Pacers bench also made contributions.

The two teams clashed against each other in last season's playoff opening round when Cleveland swept past the Pacers 4-0, but this season seems to be a different story with the Cavs struggling all the time and the Pacers gathering momentum. Indiana compiled three wins and one loss in regular season against their nemesis.

With the 2-1 lead overall, Indiana will be looking to consolidating their lead in Game 4 on Sunday at Indianapolis.
