Water of Jiangsu section of Huaihe River rise too high to navigable

Due to the rainfall in upper reaches and Huaibei areas, water level of the Jiangsu section of the Huaihe River reached 14.03 meters early Wednesday, 0.53 meters higher than navigable water level.
