IMF chief sends new year wishes to Chinese people

TheInternational Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva has sent her new year wishes to Chinese people.

The Chinese New Year kicks off on Friday, February 11, and marks the beginning of the Year of the Ox.

It is second in the line of zodiac animals, behind the rat.
