Japanese Foreign Minister Kono arriving on Jan 9

KATHMANDU, Dec 29 – Japan's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Taro Kono, is arriving in Kathmandu on January 9 for a two-day official visit at the invitation of Minister for Foreign Affairs, Pradeep Gyawali.

Minister Kono is scheduled to pay courtesy call on President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister KP Oli separately, according to the Foreign Ministry.

Foreign Minister Gyawali would hold delegation-level bilateral meeting with his Japanese counterpart Kono and both the ministers would jointly address the press on the same day.
