China successfully launched a Yaogan-30-03 remote sensing satellite from Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province on Tuesday.
The satellite, carried by a Long March-2C rocket, was sent into space at 03:44 a.m. BJT (19:44 GMT on Monday) from the launch center.
The launch was the 260th mission for the Long March rocket family, marking the conclusion of China’s space mission in 2017.
