6.0-magnitude quake hits 165 km off Hachijo-jima, Japan: USGS

An earthquake of 6.0-magnitude jolted 165 km ESE of Hachijo-jima, Japan on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 20.34 km, was initially determined to be at 32.5357 degrees north latitude and 141.4466 degrees east longitude.
