At the night of 9 February 2017, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Brunei Darussalam Vladlen Semivolos hosted a reception at his official residence on the occasion of the Diplomat’s Day of the Russian Federation. Semivolos said in a speech that Russian diplomacy continues to act as a guarantor of stability and mediator in the world affairs.
