Construction site collapse kills 6 in central China

Six people were killed and five others injured after a construction site collapsed in Wuhan, capital of central China's Hubei Province on Sunday.

The accident occurred at a tourism project in Jiangxia District in the city at about 3:30 p.m., trapping 11 workers, according to the city's emergency management bureau. The rescue efforts were completed as of 3:00 p.m. Monday.

Further investigations are underway.
