The cast of US sitcom "The Big Bang Theory" appeared at
Comic-Con this year on the show's 10th anniversary and shared an
emotional moment when talking about the season 10 finale.
In
a panel on Friday during the convention, the stars shared details about
the shooting of the episode's final scene where Jim Parsons’ Sheldon
Cooper proposed to Mayim Bialik’s Amy. Many said they cried witnessing
the milestone of the seven-year relationship that started in 2010 when
Bialik joined the show.
But this is not the end of
the pop culture phenomenon, CBS and the Warner Bros. reached a deal in
March to renew the show for two more seasons running from 2018 to 2019.
The two seasons are expected to be the last of the series.
During the convention, the cast finished the panel with a chorus of "Soft Kitty", a famous lullaby from the sitcom.
Started in 1970, Comic-Conhas grown to be the largest
convention in the world with 130,000 attendants. Today's Comic-Con is
not just a celebration of comic books but also sci-fi, movies, TV shows
and anything that speaks the pop culture.
The 2017 Comic-Con runs from July 20 to 23in San Diego, California in the US.
