There is international hope that Iran and the United States could be on the verge of settling their long-standing disputes and bring the U.S. back into a nuclear deal involving the two nations. One significant element: The U.S. and Iran will not be meeting face to face to resolve the differences. CGTN's Sean Callebs explains.
