China's Chang'e-5 lunar probe starts journey back to Earth

After finishing its work on the moon, the ascender of China's Chang'e-5 probe on Thursday lifted from the lunar surface for docking with the orbiter flying around the moon and starting its journey back to Earth.

The Chang'e-5 probe's returner will fly back to Earth via the Earth-moon transfer orbit, reenter the atmosphere and land at the Siziwang Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
