Four killed, 11 injured in an explosion in Kabul

At least four killed and 11 others were injured in an explosion that occurred in the Afghan capital Kabul, police said.

The incident happened at around 2:50 p.m. local time. No group has claimed the attack so far.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
