World Court to hear Venezuela-Guyana border dispute case

A border dispute between Venezuela and Guyana going back over a century is to be considered by the International Court of Justice. The decision is being seen as a setback for Venezuela, which had argued that the world court did not have jurisdiction, and refused to participate in proceedings.
